Shipping & Returns
We dispatch all orders on the same day if paid by 14:00.
Orders with c.o.d. will be confirmed by phone prior to shipment.
Orders registered after 14:00 or during weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Place into the Shopping Cart the desired quantity of the products and select Checkout.
The order is completed in 3 steps:
In the first step you choose the shipping address and the shipping method.
In the second step select the billing address and the mean of payment from the following:
1. Cash on delivery
2. Bank transfer
3. Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard)
If you want to pay by COD you have in mind that the order will be confirmed by phone before shipping.
If you pay by credit card, fill in the form provided.
You may also deposit cash in to our bank account, after you place the order. The order will be shipped only when the money of the deposit appear in our account.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive the following message (example):
Your order was registered!
Your order was registered successfully!
Thank you for choosing us for your purchases!
In the email address you provided when during registration, you will receive an automated email containing all the details of your order.
After processing your orders, the electronics division of TbShop will send you a second email containing the order status, tracking number and shipment method.
Your order inside Greece can be shipped either by Geniki Taxydromiki or Taxymetafores
The system accepts orders only for available products.
If any product is not available or not available in the desired quantity, the system will not complete the checkout.
The cost is calculated during the checkout process before any financial commitment, and depends on the total weight.
Attn: some remote areas in Greece it shipping may be impossible.
In such cases you may have to receive the package at the nearest office of your local postal service.
We don't charge any amount for shipping inside Greece including remote areas and the way you choose to pay the goods. For shipping to abroad the shipping rates calculated based the weight and the destination of the shipment.
If you wish to return your product, go to: My Account / View my orders. Select the relevant order and then the link: [Do you want to return this product?] Then follow the instructions.
Refunds will be accepted only during a limited time period.All products must be returned in their original packaging with the corresponding software, power supply, cables, and everything else included in the original packaging. Otherwise no refund will be accepted.
The RMA codes are valid for 15 days.
Products which cannot be repaired by our Technical Department will be sent to the manufacturer for repair / replacement. Please pack the product properly and safely. If you are not sure how to pack consult a transport company. Products returned in inadequate packaging will not be accepted warranty will be void.
To cancel an order you should contact the Customer Service Department by phone to give you more information. Orders already shipped, will be charged a 15% re-storage cost plus shipping.
